ABILITIES: Blue's central power is that she makes other people's powers stronger. She primarily functions as a sort of amplifier for psychic / magic abilities, although this also manifests in forms like ghosts being able to draw on her energy to be more real / be able to interact with the world, and other less-direct forms.
She is a strange sort of mirror that comes from being part-tree light, and this makes her immune to a number of magical weirdness. Tree lights are also what make up Cabeswater, the strange dream forest tied to the ley line and to Dreamers in her canon. There are some reflections of this, such as when she dream shares with another character, and also being the basis of her curse about "if you kiss your true love he will die" which in the end had nothing to really do with kissing or true love.

MENTAL: I actually tend to think that this sort of stuff fundamentally doesn't work if done in an adversarial way.
MIMICRY: I'd tend to say that it's next to impossible just because of her powers and being not-human, so she will sort of fundamentally have a different "feel" or "vibe", even if someone did so superficially.
VIOLENCE: Blue doesn't have any particular combat powers, but I'm very much not interested in violence without discussion, in part because she has no defense or recourse.
MAGIC: I'd prefer to discuss particulars just because of Blue being a weird magic tree mirror.
